Lease of land in Greenstate – new special offer
The production and warehouse facility is being constructed in the Greenstate Industrial Park at a land plot of 5000 sq. m by “List” company, offering favorable conditions for prospective tenants.
The production and warehouse facility is being constructed in the Greenstate Industrial Park at a land plot of 5000 sq. m, including 1000 sq. m of administration and accommodation facilities by one of the industrial park residents – “List” company.
Even now it is possible to conclude the “Agreement of Intent” with potential tenants on the following preferential conditions:
production and warehousing blocks from 1000 to 4000 sq. m,
office facilities 160 sq. m per each 1000 sq. m of production and warehousing blocks,
minimum lease period – 12 months,
1 month rent-free period at arrival,
Lease rate – at a market rate, but not less than 500 RUR/sq. m/month, VAT and operational costs included. Utility fees shall be charged separately.
Yearly lease rate indexation – 5% (to be approved by the tenant).
Parameters of the production and warehouse facility:
fire safety rating – B4;
floor level – 0 m,
floor loading – 5 t/m2,
ceiling height – 10.5 m, with potential for overhead track crane mounting,
in case of overhead track crane mounting operating height will be 7 m,
at the requirement of any individual technical parameters, engineering and utility equipment, systems, etc. improvement, all works shall be performed at the expense of the Customer.
Last facility commissioning time – 2nd quarter of 2020.
