The companies represented in the TOP-30 ranking, which are also key investors among the Finnish business in the Russian market, operate in all key sectors – production, real estate, retail, logistics and distribution, services.

Same as last year, YIT was recognized as the leader in the rating in the Real Estate segment. In addition, YIT took 5th place in terms of revenue among the largest companies in the ranking. YIT is one of the leaders in terms of investment in the Russian economy.

In St. Petersburg, the key housing market for YIT, even more apartments are under construction now than a year ago. We plan to acquire land in all regions where we are engaged in housing construction, and we hope that by the end of the year we will be able to announce new projects, including those in St. Petersburg proper.”
