WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF BEING A RESIDENT IN AN INDUSTRIAL PARK?
What are the requirements for the location of companies in the context of sanitary protection zones (SZZ)? E.g., should all companies have the same hazard class?
As a rule, most industrial parks are designed for enterprises with SANPiN hazard class 4 or 5. Such enterprises have the minimum environmental impact and require a sanitary zone of up to 100 meters (the distance from the site boundary to residential buildings and food processing/pharmaceutical facilities). The hazard class requirements for enterprises are set out in land use and development rules.
Our industrial park (the northern part of it) is suitable for enterprises with hazard classes of up to 3 inclusive, so we are ready to accommodate those residents who are not permitted to operate elsewhere. Greenstate industrial park is therefore capable of accommodating 3, 4 and 5 hazard class facilities.
